Anna Freud was commissioned to facilitate this programme by the South West Association of Directors of Public Health in spring 2023. The overarching goal was to develop a more integrated Start for Life offer.

The first is a mixed-methods evaluation of family hubs across five local authorities, it is led by Ecorys UK, The second is a deep dive evaluation of family hubs in Doncaster Council and is led by Sheffield Hallam University.
