On 29th March, we hosted this webinar which is accompanying the latest module to the toolkit.
It explored how those implementing family hubs can ensure families with one or more children with SEND can have equitable access to services, easy connections to local information and the support they need, and relationships with those with whom they work.
Hosting this webinar was:
